“ Somehow, this fast-growing chain had completely flown under my radar, until I realized there were two locations nearby, so naturally, Port Moody was the first stop. The space is nice and open, but the booths still feel cozy, which is a solid balance. Ordering by tablet is pretty straightforward, and for those who prefer the old-school way, they’ve got printed menus too. We went with a few introductory dishes, and the whole experience was enjoyable. The flavors were on point, portions were generous, and some of their takes were refreshingly unique—like the spice-crusted tuna tataki, where the light sear added just the right contrast to the creamy raw tuna underneath. If they can keep this level of quality while expanding so fast, I’m all for it. ”
